The upgrade modules on sale here are for our September & October boxes only, if you don't not have an existing miner do not buy these cards.

Each upgrade consists of  the following

    One card that will operate around 140GH/s.
    One power cable extender (blue cable in existing boxes).
    One flat cable used to connect to the controller board (note: these MUST be plugged in the correct orientation or they simply will not work at all)
    One cooler mounting bar and screws.

The package does NOT include one of the Artic Freezer Coolers you will need to purchase one form a local supplier, They are available all over the world below are some examples

I'm am trying to call them right now, but nobody is picking up and it is free tone, which I think means they are on the phone as explained previously.

The shipping was outrageous - $180 from Stockholm to London  

I didn't pay for it, so I am most probably going by plane - anyone else?

For the die zero issue it cost the same for us to return.

Also UPS  charge the same for delivery to London, as they do New York.

Sorry but that is not true. Go to the UPS website and check for yourself. And that is even without a business account, which KNC = so even cheaper.
