Question, I look everywhere, but there is no normal answer...
can I immediately specify the exchange's wallet?
Just all the examples indicate Metamask, MEW...

Hello!
 I'm just getting into mining.
Everyone is talking about 4 GB of RX, and how lucky they are. Should I save money and buy AMD RX570 4 GB now? Or is it better to overpay for 8?
Please give me some advice Huh
Friend, I'm a newbie too, I've read a lot. Buying 4 GB is a stupid thing to do. With 8 GB, you will have more options for mining.
Take 8 GB!!!

Buy 4GB if it's cheaper

Yes, you can specify the exchange's wallet. But the exchange is not a reliable source of storage.

Thanks for version  Cool

Phoenix i need your help  Cool

Can i insert an .bat for when the miner restart from watchdog to call my overdriventool config .bat?

Sometime one gpu got reseted and how we know gets power hungry Smiley Don´t find this option in readme -rmode help.

or instead can i call my .bat when PM starts on respective .config file , do the same when PM restart from watchdog?

Thanks   Roll Eyes

You got to be kidding! With 4Gb you can mine ETC and some obscure coins that are normally not profitable. At the moment ETH is about 2,5 times more profitable than ETC. And most 4GB cars still mine ETH. What do think happens to ETC profitability when no one is able to run their 4GB cards on ETH?

Is there anyway to configure devfees mine only to one address? everytime it changes ports i get into trouble, after 24 hours mining it comletely unable to connect any pool until i will restart the rig.

it mines on ethermine on nanopool comletely messing around with ports

hi
after the fork, when connecting to the pool etc cruxpool, all the found shares are rejected, then i have to press the R click once or several times (reloading the pools) before the reconnection with the pool goes well and the found shares begin to be accepted, so this is the problem of the version miner 5.3b or pool?

@ Phoenix please look at this. i attached picture. as you can see miner fail to connect to nanopool on port 19999 after that im unable connect to original pool until i restart the rig. it mines good devfee on ethermine:5555 but after straight 24 mining it goes to nanopool and trouble starts after 20-24 hours later. thanks

I don't think the part in bold is accurate.  ETC by my looking at it is same or maybe just a few % more profitable than ETH.

patch by 'atikmdag-patcher-1.4.7'
switch to compute mode by 'AMD-Compute-Switcher'

but,...
using Phoenix miner 5.2e and 5.3b still same, hashrate still not change like before..

here is the result:

The driver you are trying to use is wayyyyyyy soooooo old.

And I don't think you know how to check the current profitability. You are looking on default 24h whattomine. I wonder how many "miners" don't know there is the current profitability option. Probably a lot, since the profit now is 2.5 times less for ETC and the projection is to fall more for the next 24 hours. And obviously they believe they will get profits equal to mining ETH. LOL Not gonna happen unless they switch off their 3gb cards or move to another coin. The hashrate today increased from 3.7 Th to 6.3 and then decreased to 5.6 Th. Well, at least some know about the current profitability option... but not all obviously  Grin Grin Grin

no, it's miner  Cheesy

5.1c is the one I'm currently using and there no scanner reported an issue. Unfortunately I have to upgrade due to the hard fork of ETC :-( Will switch to  a different miner probably.....

Claymore has always been flagged as a virus, Gminer too. - 90% of all miners are marked as viruses because they do not have digital signatures ..

im not expert but i made test. i mined new ETChash for 4 hours and old ETH, results are very close, ETC made in 4hours 1.25$ and ETH made me 1.30$,
so i dont think 2.5 times less. it very close.

hi i am new to ethereum mining and to PhoenixMiner can anyone explain why my 1060 6gb is only running at a reported 15.6MH/s when this chart https://www.kryptex.org/en/best-gpus-for-mining says it runs at 22MH/s? My GPU utilization is at 100% am I doing something wrong? I didnt see that the latest drivers from nvidia were bad.
