UMMMM I ordered 3, bitpay fucked up and couldn't pay, then i just called keith and he says sorry they all sold out....wtf?!? i made an order and it still says new on my account, what the fuck.
dude, what do you expect? they sold those boards for a bargain and only 200 units on stock. of course everybody was running and the system got overloaded. nothing else to expect and to complain about. maybe better luck next time. and no i didnt try to get one of those. what the fuck do you mean better luck? i made a fucking order within the time frame and went to pay right away and couldn't. how is this my fault? You never use Ticketmaster or any site that sells something out in 5 mins? This crap happens all the time even with businesses designed to prevent these problems no i get that, I'm saying it wouldn't let me pay. i tried to pay at like 8:02am Bitcoinorama, help ASIC-K out.. he needs a break.

And you have just got trough and received your answer. Yes, managed to get through eventually. Not that I would have been upset if you answered here And in regards to shipping these are the prices for a 1kg parcel (25cmx25xmx10cm) travelling from Sweden to UK. Insurance is not included in the price I believe, but there is plenty of price headroom for that: So $60 per module is a lot over the top. And if you could buy 10, then you would be paying $600 for them, which is just ridiculous.

Tough to read when when they don't leave that page up. thx
Annoyed I couldn't pay with fiat. But I'm a sucker. replaced the fiat with btc on on bitstamp...
put me down for 6
Are you saying that you want to buy six modules? Unluckily the wen sold out. WTF?. I refreshed page last few hours and didn't even see that they was available. They were gone in 6-8 minutes. I almost missed them too. after having read this: You guys should start with 600m diff and then add an additional 2PH to that for the end of November. From there take a guess at how much HashFast, Bitmine, BitFury, and CoinTerra are launching.
People are way too excited to spend $1000+ (including extra parts to buy) just for ~140GH.
Companies will continue to rip people off if you keep falling for it. Amazing how people want to give away their BTC. If you have $1000 to blow, buy more BTC on the next price correction.
I thought you wouldn't have bought them hah - just as we point out, the ones that remind you the most not to buy..... Agrreed. Paladin69 is one of the biggest Knc trolls on this thread, yet he jumps at the opportunity to buy more $1000 hashing cards from them. Ignore the trolls folks. Most of them are doing exactly the opposite of what they are trying to get you to do. nah, my anger is genuine. I just decided to gamble that the companies I listed won't ship the more I thought about it, as semaster pointed out. It sure would've been considerate to charge 50% less than what they want for them though. I keep reading about how they are grateful to their customers. That ass rape of a shipping fee among other things says otherwise...christ.

Regarding shipping - if you are willing to deal with a company of liars and thieves (well documented at this point, e.g "We're selling to the general public" "We are selling fully functional devices, that anyone can come and buy" "No emails from customers get ignored"), stop whining about them acting like liars and thieves.

Haha, alas, it's the units not he board, but respect for thinking of me, appreciated.
The access to the webshop crashed and there was a scramble for 2 mins to stop the sale.
In which time the sales were oversubscribed, but those orders will be fulfilled.
That was nuts it, Bitpay even went offline for a moment. Error #404.
So the manufacturing plant is currently closed, that it can produce 200-250 miners/day, and kncminer purchased the world's supply of VRMs, November production has not started yet Now 200 ASIC boards in hand Sales over subscribed, but over 300 order numbers so probably 400-600 boards sold Upgrade modules are supposed to ship this week November miners are supposed to ship from 15th Nov, this batch is rumored to be larger than the October batch (which took about 4 weeks to ship fully) Should November preorder customers be worried ? Nah, don't worry. You will get a faster unit unlike this antiquated stuff.

They haven't lied to stolen from me or the vast majority of customers I am sure.

I have order #1082X for two boards but I was not given any shipping options other than Local Stockholm Pickup. KNC has shipped my two complete miners to Santa Fe already, so I know they have my valid address.
I am happy to schedule a FedEx pickup in stockholm using my personal account or pay KNC for DHL, but I wonder if anyone else ran into this same issue?
It looks like I have a pretty low order # for upgrade modules, so I wonder if they ticked the "free shipping" box on their shopping cart admin and then noticed it after the first few orders came in. Maybe?

I had the same problem. I am in the same situation as you and waiting for a response from KNC on what to do.
