1502  Economy / Economics / Re: First UK Bank Bans Businesses Accepting Bitcoin on: April 23, 2021, 04:26:49 PM
How will they ban it? i mean in what way?

No, they can freeze or cancel your bank account as soon as you do Bitcoin-related business with it. This can be transactions from crypto exchanges like Coinbase, for example. Banks are also obliged to ask where larger amounts come from (at least in the EU, but Britain is no longer a member of the EU, so this may have changed).
1503  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Der Aktuelle Kursverlauf on: April 23, 2021, 10:16:00 AM
Allerdings scheint ein Teil des Staus auch deshalb zu bestehen, weil die Hashrate immer noch unter dem Niveau vor dem Einbruch wegen diesem Stromausfall in China (?) liegt.

1504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 22, 2021, 03:17:50 PM
Bayern will not let this be taken away from them, especially because it is the only title Bayern can still win this season, after they have already been eliminated from the German Cup and the Champions League.
I would not say that Bayern was knocked out of the Champions League ... more precisely, this is just a formality, given that for now she is the current holder of the cup. Not to mention the fact that Bayern did not play with a full squad and the fact that Real, Manchester City and Chelsea, in the near future, may be disqualified from the Champions League.

Bayern & Germany
Quote
The UEFA committee will meet on Friday (23 april) to discuss whether to exclude the Super League teams from the #UCL semifinals. If that will be case, there are two possible scenarios: either PSG will be handed the title or Bayern, Dortmund and Porto return to the competition

Then what are you going to call it? Bayern has been eliminated from the competition. Admittedly, they were the better team in both matches, but they still didn't make it to the next round.
1505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could destroy economy on: April 22, 2021, 03:15:24 PM
I believe it could play a part in the future of our economy also big corporate companies will change their business model, Even if BTC crashes it has nothing to do with the economy neither it may impact the countries economy. One thing they need to understand is BTC is a digital currency it's not a fait to worry about countries economy and don't make such stuffs as an agenda.

Why should Bitcoin destroy the economy? It might destroy the current economic model, but it will be followed by a new one, just as it always has been. The economy itself will remain and certainly continue to grow, with or without Bitcoin, so the OP's point is meaningless.
Furthermore, I also don't understand why Bitcoin itself should bring about any major changes to the economy, because Bitcoin is not a real currency, but merely a digital asset, just like the analog asset gold or silver.
Bitcoin has the power to affect the global economy because of some properties that authorized money and these  unique characteristics can promote economic growth and present a game-changing global financial breakthrough. As a decentralized currency, Bitcoin is free from any economic and political issues that often can affect traditional currencies, which will not have any effect on the economy.

I can follow your train of thought, but you are overlooking the fact that Bitcoin is very inaccessible to the vast majority of people. Not only from a technical point of view, but also by now due to the value of Bitcoin. Either you exchange fiat money for Bitcoin or you have little chance to get Bitcoin the way it was a few years ago, when you could earn Bitcoins simply by doing small tasks or at services. This means that only a few people can do business with Bitcoin.
1506  Other / Off-topic / Re: ⚽ The European Super League ( ESL) on: April 22, 2021, 03:10:01 PM
Even though i want the SUPER LEAGUE to be a success  for some reasons, however the negative effects cannot be over look. The proposal would have been better if the money involved is not that huge. And thanks to the SUPER LEAGUE ideal UEFA is able to change champions League from group stage to a real league now.

There are no plans by UEFA to change the Champions League that way that you have a "real league". UEFA just plans to increase the teams attend in the competition, but then it will be more like a European League instead of a Champions League if you let attend two or third class teams just to make more money. So, the new CL is not better than the Super League.

1508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At $7.5 Dogecoin will be more valuable than BTC on: April 21, 2021, 05:41:28 PM
It's coming quick, Doge will go to $3 easily in the coming weeks, then to $7 is no problem, after that it will be BIGGER than BTC,

Pure wishful thinking!
Doge fell below $0.30 today, which means the price would have to increase tenfold in the coming weeks to reach $3. I think this is very unlikely. If only because Doge inflation is much much higher than Bitcoin and most of the Dogecoins are held by a few big whales.

Cologne have to win more matches to break free from the relegation zone. I don't think Leipzig will win the Bundesliga League because Bayern Munich is toping them with 10 points.

The die is cast! After Leipzig's defeat, the championship has been decided. Bayern will not let this be taken away from them, especially because it is the only title Bayern can still win this season, after they have already been eliminated from the German Cup and the Champions League.

The exciting thing will be whether Dortmund manages to reach the Chammpions League, after Frankfurt won yesterday and Wolfsburg has an easy opponent today.

BREAKING NEWS

European Super League Is Officially Suspended

All the six (6) English clubs have left the proposed European Super League just few hours after the protest in London and the all English club captain emergency meeting organised by Liverpool skipper Henderson yesterday to save football from been ruined. The ESL is on hold for now till further notice.

That was really fast. I don't even want to know how long these 12 clubs negotiated in the background, how much money was spent on it. I mean, quite a few lawyers have certainly spent months to define the statutes, the legal framework, etc. and the whole idea is buried within not even a week? What a bust!
1512  Local / Altcoins (Deutsch) / Re: [VORSICHT möglicher SCAM] Frankfurter Fintech Startup Savedroid startet ICO on: April 21, 2021, 05:24:23 PM

1514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you "swap" your crypto for a Tesla? on: April 19, 2021, 07:34:50 PM
Hello everyone!

So with the hype around crypto that Elon Musk is creating and with the news about possibility of acquisition of any Tesla car with crypto, comes my question:
Would you buy a Tesla with BTC or ETH? Aren't we going to regret it? In future, will this turn to an event similar to "Bitcoin Pizza Day" where people will be sayin that someone spend a whole BTC or 10 ETH for a car Huh?

Depends if I want to sell my crypto anyway and if I need a car Smiley Everything else makes no sense. I wouldn't trade crypto for a Tesla if I didn't need a Tesla and if I wouldn't sell my crypto anyway because I don't think we've peaked yet. Of course, this assumption may be wrong, just like the assumption was wrong to buy a pizza for 10k bitcoin.
1515  Other / Off-topic / Re: ⚽ The European Super League ( ESL) on: April 19, 2021, 07:23:33 PM
So, there are missing three teams. I would guess that these teams are Bayern Munich, Borussia Dormund and Paris St. Germain. That makes sense, because teams from two big countries missing from the Super League so far are Germany and France. In the medium term, it will be expanded to 18 or 20 teams anyway.
1516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Going to buy 5000$ of tokens at their pre-sale on: April 18, 2021, 06:01:20 PM
By looking at the post history of the thread starter, I have the feeling that he is not an investor who is looking for an advice but he is the creator of this project and he want to indirectly do some promption for it. In other of his posts, he is looking for an exchange where he can list a coin project and his budget is $40k. Pretty fishy if you ask me.
1517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: April 18, 2021, 05:55:24 PM
Keeping your campaign earnings is really good, it's just a matter of how well you understand the opportunities.
Keeping it as bitcoin or trying to use it if your salary are inside your campaign site wallet.

I think it also highly depends on the entire market situation at the moment you receive your signature campaign bounties. If the market is at a peak it may be useful to sell them immediately. If we are at a low it is recommend to hold your earnings to double them in the course of bull market.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 101 addresses hold 67.7% of all Dogecoin. This is insane. on: April 18, 2021, 05:52:48 PM
The majority of Doge coin owners hold only a small portion, so this explains the large concentration of coins at a few addresses. One must also consider that some of these addresses also belong to exchanges such as Binance, which hold consolidated coins on one or a few addresses. This reduced the individual large owners then again a little.
1519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 18, 2021, 05:50:26 PM
After Wolfsburg and Frankfurt have fluffed and Dortmund has won today 4:1 against Werder Bremen, there is again hope to still make the Champions League qualification. The gap to Frankfurt in 4th place has melted to four points with five games left to play. If Dortmund manages to qualify for the CL, they might be able to keep Haaland and Sancho for at least another season.
1520  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinbase reported significant user growth before IPO on: April 17, 2021, 05:44:27 PM

I also like the idea that it's not just the Chinese exchanges that are dominating the market such as Binance.

Since when is Binance a Chinese exchange? As far as I know Binance had a Chinese founder but is now officially based in Malta or Cyprus (Europe), or did I miss something?
