I am interested as well. These look like they can reach 4000rpm max. Will buy a couple in case one fails.

what temps do your batch 1 normally run at on 300?

I'm using Strombom firmware stable @ 11h 11m 33s 83647.44 @ 350 on slush Suggested difficulty set to 32 my temps are alot lower 46

Fans are not set @ 100% Fan1 2400 Fan2 3960 Fan3 3720

How did you change the fan setting from 100% to auto? Thanks

I flashed using Strombom firmware and just changed 300 to 350 and that was the define Fan speed
im using openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr703n-v1-squashfs-factory_20130519b.bin

Batch 1 users did you put new thermal paste? or are you running stock? I might want to add new thermal paste and maybe set the fan speed lower if I can get Temps under 45...

no new thermal paste here. Just upgraded power supply

The power consumption depends a lot on ambient temperature. My stock PSU consumes 850W at night and 950W during the day.
Upgraded to the Seasonic X-650 Gold 750W, and day power consumption reduced to 870W. All at 350MHz.

850 W sounds like a lot for 3 hashing modules @ 350 MHz. This is at 120 V?

I am at 230 V and my default Batch #2 units with the 850 W power supply (enermax) pulls 765 W and the units I converted to a SilverStone Technology Strider Gold ST1200-G run at 735 W (92% power factor)

To be honest I am thinking of upgrading from corsair AX860i to AX1200i so I can test oc settings in the 375+

The AX860i is rather impressive and puts out little heat.

yes, 120V. There is a chance that my P3killawatt is off. I will verify with my FLUKE DMM.

lasted around 45mins on 350 then machine got SICK..... the pic says ALIVE but before i refreshed it did say SICK

Be careful, sick is something I used to receive before my GPU died totally

I modified the crontab to run cgminer-monitor every minute to help mitigate the effect.

I take back what I said about the power usage, there was a problem from the angle I was looking at it, misreading the LCD. Power usage is 698W at speed 350, 240V.

Ok, so I guess strombom had some custom additional modifications in his firmware? In his firmware the 345mhz seems to be the sweet spot for me.

I am currently getting around a 2.3% HW error rate using the (hw/diff1shares+hw formula). Accepted shares 7555, HW 12034. Does this seem to high?

I suggest you look at the hashrate reported and ignore the HW error count, as the cgminer driver for avalon doesn't count HW errors as part of the hashrate. That means that if the work is  valid, the hashrate goes up, so that is your ultimate measure of useful work. Even if your HW error count worked out to 5%, if your overall hashrate was higher then you'd be earning more. I don't know if hardware errors themself mean the device is more likely to suffer damage though, since I don't know the voltage relationships, so I can't say...

My 3 units I am getting 0.94% uptime  1.5 hrs, 1.39% 10 hrs, 1.46% 10 hrs.  I am running 240V.

Yea, mine starts off with less than 1% but the builds up. I suspect it might be the heat. My temp3 is 48c.
