Okay I got the nvidia beta to work on claymore 9.5

at the moment there are bugs but it is a start.

I can run windows 7  with the 2x 1080ti's and 1x 1070

what about clocks, temps and watts? i guess they run at the same miner settings?!

Hello! I have the problem that Mother does not want to boot with 4 gpus. I activated the 4g, and updated the bios. But nothing, if I connect 3 they work, I tried them all separately and they work as well.

My specifications;
H270 Plus
G4560
4GB Ram DDR4
Psu evga Supernova 1000w
4x rx 570

I saw 2 topics on reddit but I tried everything they said . Im using smos, the rig dont have hdd or sdd with Windows, may that be?  Thanks for the help and sorry my english!!

Please investigate the issues mentioned before with the rigs from today (etc. Cards crashing to 0 Mh/s randomly).

Probably seems to you have inapropiate voltage set.. which powerstate do you use?
Which card model  and what settings etc? Please give more info about your rig config.

I'm using powerstate "7", I have my gpu core and memory clocks coded to BIOS directly and they are stable.
Cards are Sapphire RX 480 8 GB.
I'm using smOS from 2 months with same settings with no issues so maybe this is not the case.


P.S since 4 hours they are stable and didn't make a single restart. Before that i had more than 30 restarts on each rig.

well I moved from one pc to another  since I could not change not with a macmini and 10.11 os    but on a mac mini with 10.10.5 os I could go the the site and change  stuff.


Also I want ewbf_  for zec  not sure if this beta has any software for zec

it is beta  no sense in making charts up.

If you want to help improve it ask ty  what to do.

it  needs  

1) a tdp setting
2) a core setting
3) a ram setting
4) a fan setting


all it has is a power shell  which I put to 95  as told to so  by ty.

When I get a chance  I will give power used  at 95 setting

2.6 amps at  240 volts = 624 watts  and 90.37 mh    on beta smOS  95 setting

bare in mind the nvidia beta without any oc working im sure those speed are running at factory gpu bios clocks. maybe someone can share a simple bash command to manually set the clocks before claymore starts.

BETA NVIDIA RELEASE:
Hi guys, to those who want to try nvidia here is an image.
Keep in mind that it is BETA so you will propably need to reflash it someday.
I guess all nvidias should be supported ( i tested on my GTX1070 gpus).
Anyway the Overclocking IS NOT WORKING NOW !
There is one thing you can accually set.
Its PowerLimit.
If you want to use powerlimit feature then write values 70-170 into Overclocking into CORE section.
This value will be used to set watt limit. I can say that value 95 is limiting wattage in my case from 900 watt to 620 watt
So this is temporary solution but it works

ebwf_ 0.34b is very important for nvidia miners

I lower powered to 75 vs 95  my watts are now 2.5 amps at 240 volts or 600 watts with

2x 1080 ti

1 x 1060

doing 90.35mh

1080 ti shine for zec with  ewbf_ 2.4b

I dropped to 70 in the core  I will check watts later.

I will also do an all 1070 rig later as parts are coming in.

seems like there is bug for GTX 10 series card, im unable to apply OC via nvidia-smi -ac parameter.

next will try install ubuntu-desktop and use nvidia-settings / coolbits

My experience is from an MSI z170a Gaming M5 but this may help....
1. Update BIOS to the newest
2. Enable 4G encoding
3. Set PCI to AUTO
4. Disable integrated graphics
5. Make sure you plug your monitor into your integrated graphics  if you're viewing the console that way.

Is there any update from today because from 1 hour my rigs are super unstable restarting a milion times , and different GPUs are hanging non-stop.
They were super stable and i doubt its a hardware problem on both of them at the same time.
Its for sure the OS.

Same problem here. My rigs were rock solid before this morning, often going weeks without rebooting. Now, my rigs with RX 470 cards are very unstable. They will run for a bit, and then one card will experience a brief jump up in processing speed and then crash. It almost seems like the problem is occurring when a card switches over to mine for Claymore.

I have one rig with RX 580 cards, and it does not seem to be affected.

when i try to copy the image with "HDD Raw Copy Tool" , it stucked on %53. Tried with another computer with another ssd and downloaded again. Same result. always stucks at %53.

the stick still works the rest is empty space.  close the program.

open the stick open the file and swap in your email

I am mining nvidia with my download at the moment.

This is a gigabyte 1070 itx card with power setting at 70

I am pulling 150 watts at the kwatt meter.

I will try this tonight, had to get nvidia cards while I wait on my AMD order, windows has not been very stable for mining. Does it support mixing amd and nvidia cards because that is my eventual goal.

u can reflash the stick as often as you want ... your rig is getting recognized by its hardwarecomponents and ids ... so it will allways stay the same rig as long as you dont switch the mainboard
