Does SRBminer v1.3.2 run the new IPBC V3 algorithm?
http://54.37.94.172/pool/

On testnet it runs fine.
What algorithm options do I have to run on the testnet?

post your 1.3.1 conf , and 1.3.2 conf here please
nothing was done in new version regarding hashing speeds, only some re-work of auto intensity settings.
I had to lower a little bit auto settings cause lot of users get false-good intensity value and crashing.

So you just need to increase the auto intensity value you get and insert that value instead 0 in the config file.

https://image.ibb.co/jW97nH/asa323333.jpg

im on a manual gpu conf before and after the latest update. latest update reduced speed. i dont understand neither.

i will check it then. Which algo? Heavy?

heavy sir.

but i have 2 rigs. rig 1 is not affected. only rig 2. here are my specs:

rig 1:
sap rx 570 nitro+ 4gb (samsung)

rig 2:
powercolor rx 570 red devil 4gb (hynix&elpida)

anyway, can the logs be improved? i saw gpu crash, but not clear which gpu.

and if ever you received hw errors on logs (this one indicates which gpu), what to do? reduce cclock or memclock or intensity?

thanks

Miner 1.3.2 cant't shutdown if crash detected. System also can't reboot in this case. Only reset can help.
CPU usage in this case is 99%

Also in version 1.3.2 i can't see which card is crashed.

Yes. In claymore for eth , the log file tells you which card hangs so you can deal with it.

Now that is really strange, both cards are 570 4g, i will check what is happening.
Regarding hw errors, that means the result GPU returned could not be validated on the CPU, because it's wrong.

If you have a few errors don't worry, but if you got a lot i would start with lowering intensity.
Intensity can be a decimal number, so for example if you now use 35, you can try 34.5. If not satisfying then 34 and so on. Smiley

Doktor, don’t know if this is possible but can you let the gpu run idle when there aren’t any jobs from the pool? Less heat and power waste. Huh

Rx 480 8GB----------1050   h/s
Rx 570 4GB-----------700    h/s

Dok, is there a way to set a constant difficulty? I think I am getting better hashrate when I am mining on lower difficulty tho, that's why I am asking Cheesy

Hello
I'm using 2 old RADEON 6950 on 2 different computer. It's the 1st miner could hash from the Monero V7 fork and I'm happy to discover this miner!  Smiley

I have a hashrate problem, I can't reach better than 145 H / s. Before the Fork I was doing 350 H / s with this card with other miner.

I've tried the automatic intensity, and a lot of between 0 - 300 i've got the max with intensity 15
Is this card compatible with this miner ? Already it is stable and there is HASHRATE. Which is not the case with any other minor i've tried ...

I hope you could help me with my 2 old radeon card.

I'm Using Windows 8.1 X64
The last WHQL Driver for this card "15.7.1"

There is some recommendation about the driver revision or other tips to Hash more with that card ?

Thank you for your work

@doktor83

I quoted myself

Any idea about this card ?

The blockchain driver did'nt work and the laster beta drivers didn't work too.
So only the WHQL 15.7.1 driver works at low hasrate.

Since the hard fork claymore doesn't support older card than 6xxx, i think u have a lot of old miner could be interested by your miner, i saw same problem on other forum as mine with this  6xxx card can't hash, SRB Miner is the only one could hash with my card.

I've tried 1.3.0 /1.3.1 / and 1.3.2 version with same result.

I hope you could help me.  Huh

The blockchain and latest drivers won't work with this card because it is a pre-GCN card. Probably need custom timings in BIOS and overclock memory to get better hashrate.

Ok and what about the hasrate 350 before hard fork ==> 145h/s after ? Sad
I know it's a very oldcard, but 700h/s on two card was prety good for those grandma  Grin

i'm at the maximum OC AMD Override let me put : Gpu 800@840 Memory  1250@1350, Memory speed didn't impact the hashrate. It's seems the miner didn't take all the GPU "powerfull"

Which miner did you use previously? Probably better optimized kernel or something to give better hashrate. SRB probably isn't optimized for older cards, maybe try with XMR-STAK?

"double_threads" : true,

but i change to heavy,  it's not run and has bug (for sumo coin)

Hey dok,

What's the word on all the rejected shares when mining at nicehash (about 5%)?
Could a fix be found?

Getting both outdated and invalid nonce rejects.
In comparison, gateless gate gives 0 rejects but speed is not on par poolside.

This card does 400 to 450.

The Lexa RX550 does 450, but not the Baffin RX550 with slow 1500 MHz memory.

1.3.2
Vega56 - same hashrate as CAST-XMR, ~1800-1900 (GPU 1474, MEM 920, PL -15%) blockchain driver.
Its good. Now i will test stability.
