Thanks buyer99. Was using chome, tried firefox and win explorer all with slightly different results, but still no joy. I agree it looks like a browser issue because the posted info does not seem to be applied to the correct fields. What browser (and OS) are you using?
I am using Win7 64bit and using chrome to talk to it. So..... Is the interface screwed up or does it look correct right now? I guess I'm a little confused as to what exactly is happening.

You and me both! I've got the interface sorted. Using firefox on ubuntu. I think it was because I didn't have the trailing comma on the server and user:pass fields. Now that's sorted, next question stratum or gwp? I'm using bitminter.com as from previous posts this pool works with these blades.

Can anybody help. My blade is running, however I am having problems updating the server & user:pass details. Whenever I enter the details and click the update/restart button the web interface is showing a garbled version of the server. Example of the output after the update her stratum+tcp://mmpool.bitparking.update=Update/Restart,USPA=enginehead-two:pass&update=Update/Restart&USPA=Update/Restart,updatupdate=Update/Restart,USPA=enginehead-two:pass&update=Update/R,update=Update/Restart,USPA=enginehead-two:pass&update=Update/Restart&USPA=Update/Restart,updatupdate=Update/Restart,USPA=enginehead-two:pass&update=Update/R the more I try to update the more gibberish I get. Help! I would love to get this hashing tonight. After you "update/Restart"... have you tried giving it a 30sec to a minute to restart and then rebrowse to the config page? Mine won't connect at all while restarting. Doesn't take long for the blades to restart, but maybe your browser is not interpreting the restart correctly? It is my understanding that you need to use a mining proxy to connect to a stratum pool. Try entering mmpool.bitparking.com,mmpool.bitparking.com for the server with port 15098,15098 for get work or running a mining proxy from your PC with the command mmpool.bitparking.com -p3333

Thanks Pistachio. Tried as you suggested using gwp on bitparking and bitminter. Still no hashes. Settings:
Ports = 8332,8332 Server addresses = mint.bitminter.com,mint.bitminter.com user:pass = enginehead_blade:pass,enginehead_blade:pass
also keeps restarting every minute or so!
user and pass are correct.
I haven't tried a stratum proxy yet. Will try that next.

Since you are running linux you can use the latest version of BFGminer and it has an internal getwork server. Was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly. It's nice to control all of my ASIC's from one "miner." Slushs mining proxy is also very easy to set up. Either way it's going to work best to run something local on your network as a "bridge" between your getwork blade and a stratum server.

Cool, I'm just formating a sd card for my raspberry pi with a backup image. I had a stratum proxy running on that before so I could run my ztex fpgas on it. Recently I changed it to minepeon (proxy not required with this) so I could also run my usb asics on that. I know the proxy is working on it so I can nail down the problem if the blade still won't work.

YES! Hello world! I have hashes! Local stratum proxy is the answer. Thank you all for your help. Got to set-up a stratum proxy on a pc now. Late night looming.

Why not just run BFGminer on the pi? You got it running already, and could easily just compile BFGminer and use the getwork option. Just my 2 cents...

Sounds good. Never used BFGminer before, so looking forward to the next learning curve. Will it cope with my FPGA's and USB asics as well? I guess this question belongs on another thread. As I said before I was using minepeon on the pi as it ran the usb asics from boot. I spent some time pissing about with drivers trying to get CGminer to recognise them on raspbian. minepeon is light and has no apt-get to install so I haven't spent any time trying to tweak it yet.

Running USB asics and getwork server through one instance of BFGminer on the pi right now.. All of my hardware connects as one 20GH miner. BFGminer definitely has support for FPGA. Will it run in the same instance as the blades and USB? You are probably right about that being a question for another thread..Perhaps this one? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=168174.0I say give it a shot. It will probably work.. Just gonna have a shitload of flags to set I'm sure, but thats no biggie. Here is the readme for running ASIC w/ BFGminer https://github.com/luke-jr/bfgminer/blob/bfgminer/README.ASICHere is the readme for running FPGA w/ BFGminer https://github.com/luke-jr/bfgminer/blob/bfgminer/README.FPGA

Yes, specifying only 1 destination on any of the fields makes it go super funky. And Yes, BitMinter works.. But, I tried out stratum via proxy, as Pistachio said, and yeah it is a hell of a lot more stable over stratum than directly from the blade. The commandline for the proxy is very simple. don't try specifying a bunch of things, just let it do its thing. mining_proxy_1.2.0.exe -o mint.bitminter.com

Question: Is it okay to connect wires from two molex from the PSU than just getting a splitter? Do you HAVE to have a splitter? If not then what is the alternative. I didnt seem to find any here.

yes username1:pass1,username2:pass2 make sure listed as pool1,pool2 port1,port2 BTW, blades will always try to return to the first pool listed it seems

Yes to the above. Now running a proxy on a VM running on my 8 core. Will do as suggested next. All fpgas and asics running full tilt now. Nice! If it's working why fix it. Like the idea of the stratum proxy server working on the pi though. (best £30 I ever spent).

You can cut the wires on your PSU and connect them directly to the green plug. It's cleaner to do with the splitters though, and gives you a little more length to work with.

I am assuming the new blades have a gigabit network connection. Does anyone know how to force them to 100mb full duplex?
