Well, I am not surprised, and as I said a few months ago, they are always known for the bad deeds in this forum and they are the most popular in this regard which makes it so pathetic. It is better to deal with them cautiously. Even if they are right in some cases, their approaches are so wrong.
Back to you, I believe that they cannot permanently lock your account for the suicidal remark if you didn't threaten something like that. Though they might still be using that as an excuse. What baffled me is that the money is small, why then let themselves into a mess like this due to a small amount? What you say is true but would like to add to it. Steve has made friends with a lot of posters and these posters won't call Steve out when he's untruthful. It's fine to be friendly with the books but not to the detriment of players.
But the reason I came in here is that I noticed the case was mark resolved. Was the player paid in full? Paid both winnings and deposit? If Sportsbet doesn't pay but comes to a final decision, is that considered resolved? Just started posting in this section the last couple of weeks so I'm trying to figure things out.

I am not a gambling expert, so I can't be sure if it's doable, but I keep wondering how do they know if someone using any app [or their mind] to do those allegation. Arbitrage betting, I can understand, they cross-check with other books and platforms. But card counting? This list contains the accusations of both casinos and sportsbooks. How about replacing the word 'casino platform' with 'betting platform' from this thread title? I like this idea, changed. In my opinion, those accusations don't deserve to be in the list which has been created by "cryptogeniusdice" against Stake.com. Those are unnecessary complaints, which will make the list longer. You may remove them from the list to reduce the load.

Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response - Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response Though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. I was reviewing cases and quite surprised that this one was not resolved yet [actually, I am more surprised on how do I missed updates about this case]. I see that JeromeTash raised a type-1 flag against them... I think OP can raise a type-2 or 3 considering the situation.

This website is a 100% scam stay away from it. I got through the survey after I tried to withdraw money from my account they locked it and said I had to deposit $30 in my account and wagger 60X to be able to withdraw.

You sure the deposit and/or wager requirement come from that USD 10 reward and not from your other activity [like your deposit, or your other winning]? It was clearly stated by their representative that the eligible participants will not have a wager requirement. If you really faced that kind of "restriction", they're most likely not talking about the amount you got from that giveaway. Users will receive a $10 claimable bonus code with no wager requirements in their Bitcointalk PMs once we've reached 100 eligible responses.

Yes it's SHA256. They just sent me the script through codepen. It is still not officially mentioned anywhere on the website and all the other games are still unverifiable and i haven't got scripts for any of the other games. I was also able to find a bug with Orbital's cyberdice with their server seed and got $150 reward for reporting it (Was hoping it to be a bit more to be honest), once i tried to withdraw it they wouldn't let me do it without going through KYC even though I asked tokash to make an exception because all i was doing was helping them fix a bug and not even gambling on their website. I was denied that and I decided not to go through the whole KYC process for $150. I was definitely Disappointed.

Am wondering what's the point of advertising a game as provably fair when you don't provide a tool (be it on the casino itself or on third party website) to verify the results! Regarding the $150 reward, honestly, I don't see any reason to ask for kyc if you are going to withdraw it without using it to play there! I completely agree. The Casino should provide a way to verify each provably fair game. Otherwise its pointless to label them provably fair (even if they all are). It's strange I kept asking them to let me cash it out without KYC but they strongly disagreed and told me i had to either KYC to withdraw or play with the $150 on the site. Were they previously provable? Like, only recently orbital's game were not verifiable, perhaps because they update their game's script or something that messed up their previous PF script? |

He can whitelist IP addresses associated with "evil fee"
Oh my god I found another forum vulnerability. Knowing Loycev’s passion for keeping logs, we can assume that he collects the email addresses of users who contacted him for whitelisting. This also comes with a risk for users. Risk of leaking their emails. Because Loycev does not provide any alternative for contacting about whitelisting other than contacting by email. [...] I guess... he can, but I figure he'll earn much much more flipping burgers if he's really in that dire need of money, or by doing faucet like newbies. I mean, buyers need a database of hundreds of users' email address, for how many dollars? And how high do you think is the rate of people contacting him about whitelisting on monthly basis? Not to mention the possibility that those people reaching him through disposable email. So yeah, I think those database is safe [if he keep any], so does people's privacy, he's not planning to sell any contact soon. Those muds you have though, I think you can make a fortune by selling them to Louis Litt than slinging it in all direction.

Those are peanutswar IP addresses, Loyce gave him the link which he clicked to see his own IPs, if you click on this link https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php you will also see your IPs. Okay. Got it But I have a next question about LoyceV User Loycev has many more privileges and rights than a regular user. However, Loysev is not an even a global moderator. This is a potential threat to the security of the forum
I see that you keep writing things that you know nothing ( or very little) about Then tell us everything we don’t know about him, then we won’t ask such questions Provide a full list of extra priveleges and rights of LoyceV. His capabilities on the forum clearly exceed those of the average user. The honest public should know everything He can whitelist IP addresses associated with "evil fee", but I guess you've know about that since it's been explained to you in the thread referenced above. Those "extra privileges" comes from the extra effort of providing so many useful features and tutorials on the forum. Though I wouldn't exactly call the capability to whitelist IP addresses from evil fee as a privilege. |
