Users that you should merit

Credit for inspiration goes to DdmrDdmr. I'm taking a slightly different approach, i.e. instead of re-meriting users that I have already merited, I'm looking for users that earned a lot of merits but I never merited them. And I'm not trying to break any merit sending records, simply looking for users who might deserve merits.

If you would like to get a list of users based on publicly available criteria (without analyzing the contents of posts) - post a request in the thread and I'll do my best. For example:

1) Users who earned more than N merits but you never merited them. N = 100 is ~700 users, N = 30 is ~2000 users.
2) Users who earned more than N merits since date D.
3) Users who earned more than N merits on high-quality boards X, Y, and Z.
4) Users who earned less than N merits, never posted on spam boards X, Y, and Z, made at least K posts since date D.

etc. The list will be limited to 100 users so please choose a sort order as well.

See a sample list below. Note that the "Ban" column is likely inaccurate since I can't reliably track unbanned users nor signature bans. Make sure to check user profile and BPIP.

I would expect this list to be topped by users who post in languages I can't read. Or maybe users who post on the mining board.

I'd like to see which all users who earned more than N Merit, but never received any from me. Can you make N high enough to show the 100 top-Merit-earning-users that I missed? It can be earned on all boards. I'm hoping/guessing N is around 200 for this.

I can use this data to beat suchmoon's top position on meriting-most-different-users Only 81 to go:

    1. 16960 Merit sent by suchmoon (#234771) to 1175 unique users in 3928 transactions
     6. 5054 Merit sent by LoyceV (#459836) to 1094 unique users in 3776 transactions

That's a good point. I experimented with that a little bit for my own list but there are still so many unmerited users I want to review that I'm probably a few weeks away from raising this criteria from 0 to ~10 or so.

I reckon good post get completely un noticed (as https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg51805460#msg51805460) while meme get rains of merits.

That's one of the problems with WO. You're unlikely to get merits there from non-resident wall observers ("outsiders" won't read thousands of pages) and "regulars" tend to merit rockets and mic's dinner etc. Nothing wrong with that, just a different type of environment.
