Curious to know if anyone else has a Hynix mem Sapphire RX580 8GB Nitro+ and is getting anything more than 27MH/s out of it? I have tried all 6 straps and none of them have yielded any performance past 27MH/s

Edit: NM I reflashed a "Stock" bios from another 580 I had and it runs better but only maxing out at 32.5MH/s with -strap 5. Strap 6 crashes it so I am satisfied for now.

Any clue as to why it would crash windows on applying the settings?

Everything works as expected without rxboost - I run it, says something about 2200mhz and then the machine reboots.

The logs look pretty empty, so I can't add more.

It is running in test mode on reboot.

... because when you need to compute hashes for minting coins you go to the section for playing games while stuck to the outside surface of a sphere spinning 1000 mph in a vacuum, such intuitive gui design.

I think the problem could something be that i cant use the full power.
While mining i still can browse play videos listen music... games are laggy
but not that laggy as i would expect.

There are two ways to remove the "Test Mode" text in the bottom right of your screen after adding - strap and -driver.

So if the question is, "How do I remove Test Mode message" you can also use the following command, run CMD as Admin.

"bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING off"

Then reboot your system, and your good. But you can also do what was instructed in the "Readme" File

I'm currently using P-106 with micron ram in my mining rigs.

With every strap settings i used  , either  used with sintensity values or not  , my hash rates fluctuates between 8-10 mhs .And eventually my rigs always crashed .

In this caps : I'm using strap 1  value. MEM +300 clock +0 .Hashrate fluctuates .

Did you autotune -dcri wirh -asm 2 ?
There will be new dcri values
