Is there a way to see if I am even creating valid hashes?  I have been mining without any orphans at all at 100mh, which is strange.

PSA: don't just do ctrl-c on maxcoind.exe - it will crash on you!

open another DOS box (in the Maxcoin folder, or set a proper windows PATH) and type

maxcoind stop

for a safe shutdown.
