For anyone who is interested in knowing how to get the dlls from any driver version. Download the specific driver you want the dll's for and start the install, after it has finished extracting select cancel, this will stop the install but the contents of the driver has already been unpacked. Then look for C:\AMD\Radeon-Crimson-15.12-With-DOTNet45-Win7-64Bit\Packages\Drivers\Display\W76A_INF\B297238 Here i have used 15.12 as an example but u get the idea Thank you for the info! But how do you know if it has worked? I have same exact hashing speed with 15.12 dlls than I had with the installed 16.1.1 catalyst. Btw, I've got 18.5 MH/s with a 7970, is it ok or is there some parameters I could try to up it a bit? 23mh/s is possible with 7970. But be prepared to overclock it to 1100/1700MHz With which miner settings ? I used to oc it to 1200-1600 for scrypt back in the day but it doesn't seem to affect eth that much. Clock speeds make a big difference on Eth, especially RAM. But I have also used a hex editor to change the RAM timings on my GFX card ROM. That helps a lot too. On my 7970, I got 2mh/s just from changing the RAM timings. Here is my miner settings, with Cat 16.3.2 setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal 0x9c4545befe9bfec17ffcdfbebe34a7ecc80e9165 -epsw x -eworker Main -etha 1,1,1 -ethi 16,16,4 -wd 1 -mode 1 -r 0 -dbg -1 I use intensity of 4 on my display card so as not to make my PC unusable Wow, that's a nice boost! And you also applied the oc with the custom rom? I used to use cgminer to do the oc. Thank you for the settings! I thought you'd have much higher intensities! And you have better results with slow mode (etha 1) than fast?

finally it runs with coinotron. But after 1:04h run time the miner finds instead of green "share found!" only white "outdated share found - skip" what does this mean?
Please, post here bat file to Coinotrone I just switched back to... I was there before Claymore came with this great miner my bat: setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool coinotron.com:3344 -ewal user.rig -esm 2 -epsw password -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:2252 -dwal user.rig -dpsw password -dcri 45 -allpools 1 -cclock 1165 pause change user.rig and password Take care also on the -dcri and -cclock to suit your needs

Is anybody getting paid what the calculator's say you should get paid? I am definitely not. If you are, which calculators and pools are you using?
I'm facing the same bullshit on ethermine... The displayed hashrate(poolside 76Mh) is nice and smooth, the calculated earning(pool calc) is a bit above 1eth/24h. I have checked it quite often in the last 4 days and the actual revenue is lower than it should be. I should get the payment each day a bit earlier but those are the facts: Thu Apr 21 2016 14:52:58 GMT+0200 (CEST) Wed Apr 20 2016 12:47:05 GMT+0200 (CEST) Tue Apr 19 2016 09:42:50 GMT+0200 (CEST) Mon Apr 18 2016 07:51:57 GMT+0200 (CEST I know those are the pools... But no way of going solo below 500Mh. I have about 70Mh and show just below 1 ETH /Day that is what I have been getting. Which pool are you at and is that 70mh/s the calculated hashrate at the pool? According to BChydro's calculator http://karldiab.com/EthereumMiningCalculator 73mh/s = 1 eth so it looks like you're getting paid what it shows. For comparison, using my numbers at nanopool (their approx calculator), it takes me 85mh/s to get 1 eth.

Got this settings
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-ru.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal 0xA0F5578094e713c58B901eC43FB58bbbD7A63372 -epsw x -eworker dw1
What does incorrect share means?
I didnt overclocked my GPUs.
Also 46 seconds for one round is okay? Or what 46 seconds mean?
And how do i check shares for last hour? Not for every time.
With genoil it has 0.2 (--farm-recheck 100) second for round.
Also did my config is set right? Or there is something that i can modify?
And do i need to run geth? Or dwarf proxy?
Thanks!
Update###
Is this okay that i got 1 rejected share after 5 minutes?

It's a minor bug, will be fixed in next update: miner sends incorrect version answer, then pool sends incorrect report about the error, therefore you see this warning. You still can mine, here is my command line that you can use as start point, very similar to sample from OP: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool coinotron.com:3344 -ewal Redhex.rig1 -esm 2 -epsw x -allpools 1

Haha I remember when I had the 7970 and 2x 290s in my mid tower, it was tight Led me to build a rig and add 2 more 290s and replace the three gpus in the tower by 270s to lower the heat. Anyway I ended up selling everything but the 7970 when altcoin mining became so unprofitable in 2014. Back to eth mining I reinstalled the drivers after a nice cleanup and now the oc is working fine, I think my clocks were stuck before, that's why I didn't saw the difference. 1240 is really nice! I never was able to go beyond 1200 It seems 1650 memory is the max for my card. I've got 21.6 MH/s with 1150/1650, it's a nice improvement compared to stock! Oh and -etha 0 is definitively better for me, but maybe that's the reason you can oc more and in the end get a better hashrate.

Still getting around 10% rejection on DCR/Suprnova. Don't know if its miner's fault or Suprnova's. Can someone recommend a good DCR pool?
Problem solved as soon as I made the switch to Stratum.

For anyone interested, I am having best results/profitability on my R9 290 rigs with: - AMD 15.7.1 Driver (only _extract_ installer package [do not install], load drivers thru Device Manager) - allows downclocking and results in the least GPU usage dips. - Copy amdocl64.dll from AMD 15.12 to miner folder - brings up hashrate _very_ slightly - Stilt's mining BIOS for 290 - lower power usage and slightly higher hashrate - Downclock memory to 1125 (lower timing strap, results in the same performance as 1250 with lower power consumption) - Overclock core as far as is stable (I use 1080mhz now; used to use 1100, but with increasing ambient temperatures have pulled back to 1080 for stability) - decred intensity at 33 (lose ~300Kh/s Ethash in return for 50MH/s decred)
With version 3.2, I am getting ~0.5% DCR rejects, and essentially 0% Eth rejects. 31MH/s on Ethash and 500MH/s Decred for each GPU. Ethereum pool effective hash is ~3% below reported (makes sense given tiny GPU usage dips and 2% devfee).
Best part is the stability.
Keep rockin' Claymore!
--
Claymore: Can you please add the share timer to rejected shares too?
--
revelacaogr/Lucky - Luciano: pool.mn doesn't actually have vardiff, their page header is lying. Their stratum just stays at diff 1 permanently. Only site with working vardiff I've seen is coinmine, but their reject rate is pretty bad from my testing.
That said, I'm using pool.mn right now as the profitability and reject rates have been the best.
